The staff was kind, English speaking, the breakfast ok. Hotel not too far from station (10 min). Free acces to internet. Frequent train connections to places around and to Salzburg (~5 Euro / one way).

Staying in the heart of a charming town while on a European trip is a must-do, and this hotel ticks all the boxes. In the center, very close to the train station, finding a convenient parking spot and exploring all the adjacent good restaurants has never been easier. Rooms are simple but spacious and clean with good down duvets. Breakfast is the best one can have on the road with lots of variety from fresh melon to different grains. Plus, the elevator is handy for people with disabilities or heavy luggage.
There is only one aspect that could be seen as a setback that some guests may see: an awkward bathroom layout that might feel a bit cramped.

I recently had a wonderful stay in a charming small town, and this hotel was the cherry on top. the location was perfect - situated in the heart of the old city center, surrounded by beautiful architecture and just a stone's throw away from the citadel. It really gave me a taste of the local charm. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home, from the moment I arrived until I left. Lastly, the rooms were clean and cozy, with attention to detail that made my stay even more enjoyable. The comfortable beds with great down duvets ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast spread in the morning was absolutely delicious. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful.

Great location, right in the middle of town. Easy to find and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. the room was clean and tidy, with fresh linens and towels. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of cereals, fruits, and bread. the staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests.
The room was small and cramped and felt claustrophobic. the view from the window was of a wall, adding to the overall sense of confinement.

We had a romantic escape and loved the warm and comfortable room with a great minimalist design. The hotel was located in a beautiful and charming town in Austria, making it a perfect spot for exploring. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous breakfast that offered a variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, and savory meats.
We had some issues with the customer service. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and weren't always attentive to our needs.
